Ye've probably all seen this thingie already...
It reminded me of this mystery phenomenon I read about in an Arthur C Clarke book, Where a huge wheel of light seems to be rotating just under the surface of the sea, apparently caused by phosphorescent micro-organisms and undersea earthquakes, sounds cool! but there are no videos or photos of it...
Here is one apparent eyewitness account, tho it is from one of those internet whackjob sites where there is also stuff about cropcircles and other silly things!

Its actually kinda dissapointing after reading about it in many nautical type books. Maybe its more impressive on a ship, also if you didnt know what electricity was.
