Construction was started and they got as far as the foundations until work stopped when russia was invaded by germany. Eventually it was scrapped and the foundation hole was turned into the worlds largest swimming pool!!
Also it was built on the site of an fecking enormous cathedral, which was blown up 1st! Since then the cathedral has actually been rebuilt
Actually have just realized how much it resembles a wedding cake! except its for lenins wedding to himself!! nah, seriously tho it is super-sweet they shouldve' built it!!
