Who am I going to choose?... Well there is a very very easy question that will receive an obvious reply; Predators.
They kill Aliens by the hordefull (I may or may not have just made up that word). The have super-advanced technology but are still very well physically developed. And they scare humans...
Ive got to go with marines for reasons of: all their cool shit, gung-ho dialogue, and most importantly that really cool sound the pulse rifle makes! The original AVP was great! The difference in play between marines/predator/alien was perfect also playing as a marine was really genuinely scary!!
